Insurance
We accept UCare, BCBS, Optum, UHC, UBH, Medica, Mayo-Medica, Cigna, Aetna, HealthPartners, MMSI, Magellan, Humana, SCHA, Quartz, and MultiPlan. Most have deductible, copay, and/or coinsurance you need to pay even when you have insurance. No shows and late cancellations (less than 24 hours in advance excluding Saturdays/Sundays) are subject to a full fee that are not covered by insurance. Fees are paid via a credit card.
Self-pay
Our self-pay rate is $200 for diagnostic/initial assessment and $150 for each follow-up session. Payment will be due at the time of service unless other billing arrangements are made in advance. Self-pay will be by a credit card (or if asked, cash or check). No shows and late cancellations (less than 24 hours in advance excluding Saturdays/Sundays) will be subject to a full fee.
Clinical supervision
Individual supervision: $200
Triad supervision: $100 each
Group (3 supervisees above) supervision: $70 each
